DLE litigation attorneys, Phillip J. Zisook and Emily N. Masalski successfully defended the Firm's client in a jury trial for breach of an alleged employment agreement. The case, Steven Szayevicz v. Reproductive Genetics Institute, Inc., was pending in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Law Division. At trial, the plaintiff sought damages in excess of $1.7 million. On October 7, 2011, following a one week trial, closing arguments and deliberations, the jury returned a verdict in favor of our client and against the Plaintiff.
